After an impressive 25 years in the packaging industry, Emma joined Waddington® Europe in 2020 as Sales Manager having previously worked for Berry Plastics where she managed the external and internal sales teams, driving the strategy for change from the Corby operation.
Emma is a fellow of the IOM3, and although her current focus is on thermoforming, she has experience of numerous technologies, managing many large, high profile customers. Emma is also a strong advocate of the circular economy and sustainability.
